Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer regulations.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@ziotee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Ziotee.
