Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the design and production method. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Italy and all European Union countries. At this time, we do not ship outside the European Union.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Ziotee is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. Ziotee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
