Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@ziotee.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at info@ziotee.com. If the order has already shipped, address changes depend on the carrier and may not be possible.
Shipping
Do you ship outside the European Union?
At this time, we ship to Italy and all European Union countries only.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
My package is delayed. What can I do?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll help you check with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@ziotee.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
When will I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Which items can’t be returned?
Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect), gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

How should I wash my items?
Turn inside out, wash cold, and avoid high heat drying. Care details are also shown on the product page.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@ziotee.com so we can resolve it promptly.
